Call for Speakers
We look for new and seasoned voices, local and international. If you have something to bring to the community — a technical talk, a panel, a workshop, a lightning — we want to hear from you.

What we look for
Real technical content: production experience, architecture, postmortems, honest engineering.
Accessible talks: you don't need to be senior to apply. The Speaker School is designed to support you.
Diverse perspectives: gender, city, level, language (EN/ES), industry.
Relevant topics: AI/ML, web platforms, devops, mobile, security, data, product engineering, leadership.
Formats
Available formats
Regular talk (25 min)
The standard meetup format. Technical topic with space for questions.
Lightning (5–10 min)
Sharp idea, example, demo or reflection. Ideal for a first talk.
Panel (40 min)
Moderated conversation with 2–3 voices on a topic. Groups can apply.
Workshop (90 min)
Hands-on session where attendees bring laptops. For active technical audiences.
