Talks:

Talk 1:

Speaker: Juan Pablo Ortiz Villegas

Role: An engineer by profession and an agilist at heart, Juan Pablo has more than 8 years of experience managing IT products and services and leading cross-functional teams. His enthusiasm and expertise bring a distinctive perspective on integrating artificial intelligence into product management.

Product ownership with artificial intelligence

In a world that keeps moving faster, product management has to be adaptive, customer-centered, and innovative. Join us to talk through effective product management techniques and see how AI becomes an essential tool for the challenges in this field. A chance to deepen what you know and share your own experience in a collaborative setting.

Talk 2:

Speaker: Juan David Rodríguez

Role: CEO of Englishcode.ai and Teilurtalent.com, with more than 10 years working at technology companies in Silicon Valley and New York. Juan David is an industrial engineer and CFA charter holder, with a specialization in startup creation and development from Stanford University. After 20 years away, he returned to Colombia for the chance to help Latin Americans connect with global opportunities. His mission is to show that you can live better and grow professionally faster from Colombia, earning in dollars, than in Europe, Canada, or the United States.

How to work remotely for US companies from Colombia — and learn English along the way

In a globalized world, job opportunities have no borders. Find out how you can work for US companies from Colombia, earn in dollars, and learn English five times faster than in a traditional school. We cover effective strategies for landing interviews and take apart the question everyone asks: “how much English do I actually need?” to work remotely. Concrete strategies, from a company whose work is connecting Latin American talent with US employers.
